Hi all - My family and I have stayed at the apartment at Pensione Guerrato and was very pleased. This trip will be
only my daughter (22) and myself. Looking at 3 properties - Pensione Guerrato, Don Orione Artigianelli and Hotel Bernardi.
Would love for it to have as authentic a Venice feel as possible ( as the apt did before) Seems the Don Orione is a bit expensive, not sure why? Safe area a must as it is just 2 women.

Venice is extremely safe everywhere and all 3 properties are all well situated to walk everywhere (Venice is small anyway).
It's really a matter of which property you like and, of course, price.

Pensione Guerrato - most convenient location, but maybe noisy as right by Rialto markets
Don Orione Artigianelli - interesting but out of the way location
Hotel Bernardi - perhaps your best bet for a quiet location, not far from Rialto with easy access to station
