Looking at 3 places to stay: Pensione Guerrato, Casa Rezzonico & Foresteria Levi. Suggestions on which would be the best choice?

We stayed at Pensione Guerrato and were very happy with the accommodations and location. We could actually see a bit of the Grand Canal from our corner room!

We will be in Venice at the end of November and have rooms at the Pensione Guerrato. It's not too far from the train station and you can get to the hotel by a water bus. I'm so looking forward to being there!

We've stayed at Pensione Guerrato twice and absolutely loved it. That said, we're planning on staying at Casa Rezzonica next May. Do you know for sure that all three are available? That might make your decision for you.

Yes - I know they're all available, which didn't make it any easier! :)
I think we've decided on Casa Rezzonico. There was barely any price diff b/w the 3, and Casa seemed in a good location for us.

Pensione Guerrato has no elevator. If either of your other choices do then I would suggest you choose one of those. We were on the top floor of Pensione Guerrato and hauling suitcases up the 5 flights of stairs was not a good way to begin our brief visit.
