We are taking our first trip to Italy mid-March 2009. Does anyone know how crowded the Accademia Museum is that time of year? If it's crowded we will get reservations in advance so we don't waste time on line. If the lines are not long that time of year, it seems better not to be tied to a specific time. Any advice is appreciated!
We have never had a problem with just walking in. Even in more crowded times. But that doesn't mean you won't. I say go for it.
You can see specific times on their website but notice that all times seem available with none sold out. The reason is that this Academia is not like the Academia in Florence. Normally, you can just walk in. We did just that and there was hardly anybody there.
Thank you both for taking the time to help us out. I really appreciate it!
