Has anyone had this problem? After reserving tickets in advance, picking them up at the Accademia, paying for them with my credit card, and visiting the gallery, I returned home to find the Accademia had charged my credit card with an extra $10 fee, listing this as a "gambling transaction" so they could charge the extra $10 as a "cash front end fee". My credit card company, Capitol One removed the fee from my bill when I explained that this was an art gallery, no gambling involved!
