Any suggestions on a B&B or 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo in Venice!

Thank you,

Condo isn’t really a term used for property in Venice. Apartment or flat is though.

Do you have a budget range?

What time of the year will you be going to Venice and for how long?

Mid-September for 4 days prior to a cruise; budget would be around $120 US $.

"2 bed 2 bath" implies 4 people. Is this a correct assumption? Would be helpful is OP gave a headcount

Claudia's suggested BnB is 45 euro per person per night so total is 180euro, works out to a bit over $200USD per night.

Yes 2 bed 2 bath for 2 couples.

Claudia's looks great!

Many thanks all!

VRBO is useful here. That's how I got our elegant three bedroom apartment right on the Grand Canal, near the Accademia. The cost per couple comes to less than our hotel the last time we were in Venice (Violino d'Oro, wonderful and beautifully located, but not cheap). There are great deals on VRBO/AirB&B if you are splitting the cost, and a great variety of locations. Also a chance to eat some meals in if you want to save $$.

I am using cross-pollinate.com for a rental in the Dorsoduro neighborhood. €130/night for 2BR/2BR Casa Valentina. I’ll be there in a few weeks(!). I will post trip report upon return.

Make sure you have air-condition where ever you choose.

Thanks all; great suggestions; Darlene let me know how you make out! This will be in mid-September; do we need A/C at that time?
Cheers,

AC allows you to close the windows and get some sleep. With your windows open you’ll get possible cafe noise, cigarette smoke, mosquitos, etc. If it’s warm and humid you could be miserable with closed windows

Hi all, I didn't mention that although we're booked for this cruise it isn't until September 2020. Would you put a deposit down now for any flats/apts? Some deposits are refundable some are not but if it was not refundable I'd have cancellation Ins.
I've never booked this far out but I can't believe it but I have found 1 or 2 that are already booked?
Thanks,
Jean

Are they actually booked, or maybe the owner has not opened the calendar that far in advance?

Personally, I wouldn't that far in advance for four nights.

There are quite a few that haven't opened their 2020 calendar yet but of those that are open to be booked, a couple are available for other nights but the dates I want are booked already.
