Venice 2026 2 bedroom accomodations

Hello-Starting to plan a trip with my husband and our 22 yo granddaughter for May 2026. She would like a few days in Venice.
I'm looking for 2 bedroom accommodation. The hotel suites are above our budget. Any recommendations? Thank you

Are you specifically wanting an apartment? We stayed at a place popular with some on the forum, B & B Corte Campana. Its quite reasonably priced with huge rooms. The owners are charming and very helpful for sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. The do have a small breakfast. You could get two rooms, but I feel like it still would be budget friendly.

hey hey Carolyn
what are you dates and budget in euros? please stay in venice proper not outside like mestre or across bridge.
do you have any amenities needed/hoping. (A/C, elevator/lift to carry luggage upstairs, minimum days to rent, cancellation policies, read fine print, shared or private bathroom, check size of sofa bed (one time was so uncomfortabel "too small and feet hung over edge", transportation since it's boats, trains, buses, walking depending where you are staying). prices have gone up past year or two, venice is of course a top place to go along with other big cities, no more
low season" anymore with so many people traveling. where else are you planning to go? another thing to remember is check-in times are 3-4pm and check out is 10-11am, unless authorized for early check in or reserve day before if early morning arrival and let them know.

family owned apartment house with few to choose from. we stayed here several years ago and loved it, great couple, let us store luggage till check in, small elevator for 1 (LOL), husband helped take bags upstairs. roamed all around the island, getting lost when we zipped instead of zapped, a fun adventure. send a message on the website with what you wish for, they are good at responding
just a few thoughts to check on, what appeals to you. happy you're planning early since may is a busy month. keep asking questions, people here to help you with good bad & ugly. great to be prepared before you get there. enjoy

Hello
Thank you for the suggestions. I have better confirmation on the dates. We will be arriving by train Venice June 10 and depart June 13. My husband and I have been before and stayed in the Dorsodouro neighborhood. This time I'd like to stay a little closer to San Marco. I wish we could have made it about a month earlier but our granddaughter is graduating from college and we want to work with her schedule. My husband and I have been to Italy several times but this will be her first and Venice was one of her choices.

We are staying at the Hotel Ai Reali in January with two college students. I just got two rooms, which I assume you will do the same. I don't think there is any reason to have a connection or a suite with a 22-year-old.

Agree with above
I would think you will all be happier if you don’t have to share a bathroom

hey hey Carolyn
now that we have more info about venice, couple places to check out from booking.com. look at hotel and email them if better cost.
ca'ada apt near san marco 2bed/1/bath
sarai apartments san marco 3bed/2bath
ca marta venice san marco 2 bed/1bath
residenza manin apartments san marco area 2 bed/2bath
good luck finding something, always look if private bathrooms or shared. when you find a place, people can help you with transportation how to get to place from train station. can also offer some fun things to do, reserve sites/attractions early when sites open. go early it gets crowded/busy
