Venice 2 free hours

Our cruise disembarks at 6AM and our flight is not until noon. Will we have time to get to St. Marcos, then the airport by 10AM?

Disembarks where?

The big cruise boats do not dock in Venice.

Usually its Trieste or Ravenna.

Docks at 6AM or actually has passengers moving off at 6AM?

You may be doing well to make it to the airport and not have to run to the gate.

You do not have enough time unless you rebook your flight for a later date.

For clarity, your cruise probably ends at Chioggia? Our flight out of Venice leaves at about 12:20pm and I was told by our BnB (by St. Marcos), that I'd probably want to leave between 7 and 8am.

Check with your cruise line to see exactly which port you are disembarking at.
There are a few, none of them are actually in Venice proper these days, except ones that have very small ships.

The big ships dock nowadays at:

Trieste: a 2-3 hour journey by train or road.
Ravenna: 2-3 hours by train or road. Two trains, as you have to change trains.
Fusina: a bit nearer, a little less.
Chioggia: train or road…1-3 hours.

So, don’t book your flight home until you have this figured out first.
Even if you docked right in Venice, you don’t really have time to do anything but get to the airport

The best way is to perhaps book a transfer to the airport with the cruise line.
Or….stay in Venice a couple of extra nights……the very best way!

I love the extra night in Venice option!! Yeah, i really should have. Our budget required us to have time in Athens pre-cruise or Venice post-cruise and we chose 2 nights in Athens pre.
We are on an Azamara cruise, and they are small ships - 600. We are docking in Choggia.

The schedule has us actually debarking at 6AM. If we get off at 7AM and go right to the airport, we are in for a long wait, but that's OK. Thanks.

No you will not have a long wait ;)
Chioggia port to VCE is at least an hour by car, closer to 2 hours by bus. I;d suggest you take whatever transfer the cruise line offers.

Off the boat by 7 gets you to VCE at 8-9. If your flight leaves at noon you should be at the airport by 9 am- recommend 3 hours preflight.
You might have time for a cup of coffee. Recent reports have said that VCE can be extremely crowded/busy especially when cruise passengers are coming/going.
I would not expect a "long wait" at all
