We will be staying in Murano near the Murano Navagero stop and will be traveling between there and San Marco/Venice. I am told n. 7 leads directly to San Marco or that we can take any of the circular lines (4.1/4.2). If we purchase the 3 or 7 day Vaporetto pass as part of the Venezia/Unica pass, does it cover travel to Murano of the other lagoon stops, or does it require an additional ticket or fare? FYI: we do not plan to travel to or from the airport -- only the rail station/parking areas upon our arrival and departure. Thanks!

If you have a normal vaporetto period pass it covers all the vaporettos in the part of the lagoon normally used by tourists.
It does not cover the car ferry.

Yes. Remember to scan your pass as you walk onto the floating dock.
The No 7 operates from about 10:30 am to 5:30 pm
