Venezia Unica Pass

Has anyone used the Venezia Unica museum pass?

The main for us of our trip was Croatia. Now we are arriving in Venice for 2 nights without a plan or much research. Seems like the pass might save us from standing in line. But 1 do we really need to go into the places/museums? Or it just as satisfying to walk around, eat and drink without going in?

Just walk around. Avoid museums and churches. Drink spritzes, coffees, eat burgers.

Thank you! And how do you get around? 4 bridges but many other water crossings needed. Do we need a pass or pay with euro at every crossing?

Bridges are free.
Waterbuses require tickets or passes.

Buy a vaporetto pass for two days. Download RS app if you haven’t, then use it to tour the Grand Canal and wander San Marco Piazza. You can take the vaporetto to San Giorgio Maggiore, go to the top of the bell tower and enjoy the view of Venice; worth the few € and no line when we were there.
Some of the lesser known museums may not have lines. Otherwise just wander and enjoy.

We were in Venice a week prior to our tour of Slovenia & Croatia. We did use the museum pass. That said, I agree with others to forego the pass. With limited nights, enjoy walking eating & drinking. We found walking “off the beaten path” to avoid the crowds was enjoyable. Our favorite view of the Grand Canal was to enjoy coffee, pastry or an Aperol Spritz & pizza at Bar Foscarini in Dorsoduro.
