There are plenty of cooking classes in Italy discussed here, but I cannot find any comments on any that are vegan. I did do a board search, but found nothing. We'll be in Venice, Florence and Rome shortly. Anything?

There are vegan schools. Just Google: SCUOLA DI CUCINA VEGANA or CORSI DI CUCINA VEGANA followed by the name of the city or region.

Yes I saw those two as well. I have a friend who is Italian and am trying to have her translate. I will probably take the class in or around Florence-you?

No, we've moved on from Italy. When I said shortly, I did mean shortly, as in the following week! I did find classes, but the timing just never worked. But that's okay, I had a great time with produce from the outdoor market in Rome, so I did learn!
As for translation, try Google Translate, I find it's good practice.
But just for fun, please come back and report on whatever class you might take.
