I'm spending a few days in Venice ahead of a walking holiday in the Dolomites. I have to meet my Dolomites shuttle at Rustichelli & Mangione in the arrivals area. I plan to take the Alilaguna water bus to/from airport. I'm looking for ways to get FROM the boat dock TO the arrivals area. Is it only by walking on the outside of the airport? Is there a shuttle bus? Thank you
There is a well marked walkway takes 10 min or so
I believe parts are now moving sidewalk
Just follow the crowd
No need for a shuttle
You can probably find info here:

No need for a shuttle. It's a 10-15 minute walk. Here's a link with photos

I guess if you are arriving at VCE and taking the Alilaguna into Venice, you will already have done this in the opposite direction.
You will take the Alilaguna ferry from Venice to Marco Polo. Google Alilaguna Routes for pickup points in Venice and timetables.
At Mrco Polo, there is a covered moving footpath to the terminal. When you alight from the Alilaguna boat, head left and up the escalator or lift. Footpath is in front of you, about ten minutes or less to the terminal.
Arrivals at Mrco Polo is downstairs.
you could also save some money by using your vaporetto pass to Piazzale Roma and then the land bus which goes straight to the airport. Just walk inside from the bus stop at the airport
