Vatican without early access in 2024

Hi! Our plan was to do an early access tour to the vatican museums but it seems like those are no longer offered as of 2024. Has anyone been recently who can confirm? If so, not sure if best move is to do the 8:30 tour with the vatican official tour or just buy individual tickets for 8 am and hightail it to the Sistine chapel before it gets too busy. Also have a 3 pm scavi tour but am staying near the vatican and plan to get lunch, so similarly unsure if the less busy route would be to do st peters right after the sistine chapel or after the scavi tour. Priority is minimizing crowds/wait time.

You should wait until after the Scavi tour to see the basilica since you will be able to skip the security line. The Scavi tour ends inside of St Peter’s so you will save yourself the hour or so wait to get inside. If you look at your ticket for the Scavi tour, you will also see that you have a discount on the dome tickets as well.
