I was wondering if there is a recommended tour group/company to use in order to see the Vatican that allows you to have the group tour shortcut to Saint Peter’s Basilica and for Colosseum tour that allows access to the underground the arena and upper levels in one tour. Trying to get my tickets in advance. Thanks you for any trusted recommendations provided.

Understand that tours can't access St Peter's on Wednesdays or any other day when special services in the basilica prevents that.
Colosseum:
To my knowledge no tour includes ALL parts of the colosseum, more specifically they don't include both underground and the very most upper part (Attic). Tickets that include the underground are the most difficult to get; even private companies that offer tours which include that piece are sometimes unable to get them and have to cancel their tours late in the game.
First choice is to try to get your tour through the official website for the Colosseum/Forum/Palatine. That's your best chance of getting into the underground but these are probably the most difficult tickets in Rome to get hands on.

Otherwise, try The Tour Guy linked above but we've seen posts in the past from visitors who've had their tours cancelled (although I don't recall any recently). I see that Though Eternity and Walks of Italy are currently not even offering tours the include the underground, likely because of difficulty obtaining tickets.
