Weird. The links come up in English for me.
OK, do this; go to this page....
https://m.museivaticani.va/content/museivaticani-mobile/en.html
...and click on the "hamburger" in the upper left, under the Vatican's logo.
On the next page that comes up you will see a long white box with the text "Language" in it: that's the dropdown for choosing your preference of the languages available.
