Help! I purchased vouchers for the vatican museums at the vatican website (www.vatican.va). I got an email confirmation that they charged my credit card, but cannot seem to get the admission vouchers sent to me. I tried the Resend Voucher option on the website - nothing came. the email address in the Help & FAQ section would not work either (error message). Is there another way I can contact them to get my vouchers or am I just out of luck? I do not want ot re-purchase them from this website and lose more money? Ideas? Thanks!!

I would try to email them again. I just sent them an email and it went through so maybe if you copied the link it copied wrong. I just clicked on it and sent them a message and had no problems.

Also, did you check your junk mail? Sometimes things get marked as spam and go there.

I agree with Donna. One of the E-Mails to us from the Vatican went to our Junk folder.
