We are visiting Rome in late July. There will be four adults and two children, 16 and 8. We wanted a tour for the Vatican. We were thinking that an early morning private or semi-private tour might be best. (A private tour is about the same price as six individual tickets for a semi-private tour.)
We are looking at Through Eternity or Liv Tours. Has anyone been on either of these tours? Or would we better off contacting one of the individual tour guides recommended in RS Best of Italy? Appreciate the help!

To the best of my knowledge, there are no longer early access tours. There are early morning tours that start at the same time the museums opens at 8:00 to the general public. The tours may say meet at 7:30, but the museums open at the same time for everyone.
If anyone has experienced anything different in the last month, please chime in.
