I have read all the different tour options concerning the Vatican. Does anyone know if you have a ROMA Pass (and was planning on using it for free admission to the Vatican), do you still have to pay full price for a tour provided by the Vatican, or just the difference?
I am trying to decide wether or not to purchase the pass. Any info would be great!
The RomaPass doesn't include the Vatican at all, either for entry or a tour. You have to pay full price to get into the Vatican Museum even with a validated RomaPass But the RomaPass can still be a big money-saver if you go to the Colosseum and one other included sight and take public transportation a few times a day. Check exactly what's included here, including the Galleria Borghese and Capitoline museums, among others.
