We have a tour guide Brenda Bohen booked for our tour.
She said we buy our tickets that day. Do we wait in the lines or can we buy them in advance?
I am feeling a bit nervous about how this is done.

Don't be. What happens is that you queue with everyone else and then when inside you go upstairs as a group and buy your entrance tickets then. It's like a train or bus station - 3 ticket offices all with people pouring through getting their tickets.
