Vatican tour guide

My family of 6 adults--2 in their 60s, 4 in their 30s, 2 teens and a six year old---will be in Rome April '09. Any advice about Vatican tour guides and approx cost?

Thanks!
Cathy

We took a Vatican tour last Oct. and I can tell you it was money well spent. We opted for a 2-hr. Vatican tour since our 6 yr. old daughter was with us and we didnt think she would tolerate a 3-4 hr. tour given by other companies. We paid 29.50E each and our daughter was free. Hope this helps!
