I would like to know the size of the Vatican Museum tour groups. And is there any advantage to booking a group tour with a private company versus a Vatican tour? Thank you!

The Vatican groups are between 20-25 but can be less depending when you go. They also use headsets so the guides can be heard clearly above the crowds. I don't see any advantage in booking a more expensive tour. They both give you skip the line advantage and both get to use the tour door to exit the Sistine chapel. Donna
