I recently bought my Vatican tour tickets online and I only received a email verification of payment but no ticket vouchers or anything like that? I tried to email them but haven't received an answer yet?

This is from the official booking website:
I have followed the booking procedure but I haven't received the voucher, what can I do?
A. If yout haven't received the voucher check if you have received by email the payment confirmation with your Order Number, then click onto "Voucher resending", in the menu on the left, by inserting in the appropriate fields.

Actually they want a reservation code# is what they want and all I got is that payment verification?thank you

Did you check your junk mail or trash folders? It might have gone there. If not, wait to see if they respond to your email tomorrow.

I need to be able to email this company to find out if my tickets are legitimate but I don't have a email that seems to be right? The email they sent me was [email protected] and the name of the merchant is Musei Vaticani Tickets?

When you booked did you use the official website to book your tickets or did you use a private vendor? The official website is:

If you used another company I don't really know what to suggest other than emailing them.

mailto:[email protected] Is correct. I just purchased Vatican tickets and received both confirmation from that URL and also the voucher from the Vatican official website. I would contact them immediately to figure out what went wrong if I were you.
