Hi- I’m booking my Vatican tour tickets for my trip in June- I been trying to book with bigliietteriamusei.vat.can.va- it rejects all 3 of my credit cards- they are all in good shape- none over limit or expired. Anyone else experience this? Is there another reliable site to book tickets with that you’ve had good experience with? Thanks

Have you told your credit card companies that you will be in Italy for the day/days you want the tickets ? I had a similar problem with train tickets, had to set up a travel notification and then cancel it once I had the tickets.

If that doesn't work call your credit card company and tell them to allow the charges. They are not allowing the charges because it come from an entity with a foreign address.

So my bank said they didn’t receive any notice to reject my Visa card so not sure what’s up- so I’ll try another tour site - any suggestions on a reliable good tour? Vatican and colosseum tours is two top of my list to see. Thanks

We skipped the tour so we could move at our pace, and bought our tickets directly through the Vatican site.
