We are considering this tour company....any experience or comments anyone would like to share on this or a favored tour co? I'm allowing ONE full day for doing the Vatican. thanks!

We used Through Eternity for the Essence of Rome tour on 12/27/10. It was fantastic! Our home base for our time in Italy was Bologna, so we took the train to Rome and we met our guide Mario at the station. We had an absolutely wonderful day and we saw more than I thought would be possible. We are a family with teenagers and are good walkers and we had no problems at all. Mario was great and we used the metro and buses to move between sites. The tour was pricey but it was well worth the money as we only had one day in Rome. We even saw an opera being performed on the Spanish steps at the end of the day. The registration for the tour was seemed sketchy- by e-mail and no deposit was needed but Mario was there waiting and we paid in cash at the beginning of the tour. We were very happy with the company. Enjoy!

We also used Through Eternity Tours for 3 different tours while we were in Rome. All the tours were FANTASTIC and our guides were AWESOME. They limit the number of people in a group which was great.
I would highly recommend this group. Enjoy!!!
