We will be checking out of our bed & breakfast prior to our tour of the Vatican. We will have minimum luggage. Where can we store it?

I would leave it with the bed and breakfast. This is common practice and they will have a storage area. Sometimes it is secured and sometimes not but we have never had a problem do with leaving the luggage.

I assume you're going on the Vatican museum tour to see the Sistine Chapel? This is a pretty organized, commercialized venture. The beginning is not unlike the entry to a theme park. It has been two years since I was there, but I'm pretty sure they have a baggage check area. They don't want you taking backpacks and duffle bags through the museum. Security and all that. So, I would search their web site and ask the question if you don't see anything. You got double posted. You might delete one of them.
