We have tickets for the Scavi tour at 9:15 AM. We would also like to visit Saint Peters Basilica at noon and the the Vatican Museum at 3:00PM all on the same day.
Do you think this is a reasonable schedule? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Of course you can do all of those on the same day, since they're all primarily the same location. I was under the impression the Scavi tour would include St. Peters, though.
Yes you can easily do this. The Scavi tour will end in St. Peter's but it is NOT part of the tour, but you can self-tour then have time for lunch and return for your museum entry. Are you taking a museum tour? Many end in St. Peter's, too.
So the Scavi tour ends inside St. Peter's?
No, it ends in the grottos but they have an exit into the basilica.
