Today in Rick Steves March Travel Newsletter, he says that the Vatican Museums can now be visited on most Friday evenings, 7-9 p.m., and that reservations can be made on line at the Vatican Museum website. However, the website states that the Museums close at 6 p.m., and the last reservation allowed begins at 15:00, or 3 p.m. Does anyone else tried to obtain tickets for the 7-9 p.m. slot? Thanks--

They haven't started the nights at the museums again, yet. It's seasonal but I have heard they will be starting again soon. I'm not sure of the dates. Keep checking the vatican website. Once they start those hours you'll be able to buy those tickets online. Donna

I am also considering buying the Friday night tickets for May 20th. I know that I am not able to buy them just yet but can anyone give me a "review" for the night tours through the Vatican.
