Vatican Museum Reservations essential in November?? and other reservation queries

Hi,
I was just completing my reservations for my upcoming Italy trip in November.
I have done the following tickets / reservations
Florence - Duomo tickets and Uffizi and Accademia reservations
Rome - Colosseum and Forum tickets
Do I need to reserve Vatican museum tickets or is the line manageable in Mid November.. I was just wary of reserving too much because I won't be sure of the weather (rains ) in November and so didn't want to tie myself up to a particular time in case it is pouring in Rome at that time. At the same time I don't want to spend 2 hours in a ticket line as I only have 3 days in Rome.
I haven't reserved anything for Venice, Siena, Pisa, Orvieto.. which are the other places we will be visiting on our trip. Any reservations suggested for these??
Thanks
Yogesh

I don't think there's any reason for advance reservations in Orvieto.

In Rome, you must book ahead if you want to see the Borghese Gallery.

Roma is the only place you might want to reserve in advance. If weather is an issue, it will be a bigger one if you are standing in line at the Vatican Museums waiting to buy tickets. Plus, if you need an umbrella and don't have one, umbrella vendors pop up all over. If it's nice weather on your Vatican day, and terrible on another, there are lots of other museums and churches to stop into. Rain doesn't really change my plans much, unless the sight I want to visit is an archeological zone.

Definitely reserve the Galleria Borghese in advance if you plan to go there. The walk through the park to Piazza del Popolo is great.
