This evening I attempted to make and pay for reservations for the Vatican Museum for April 22. Apparently it's still not possible to pay by credit card, but you go through the web form and submit, then screen states that you will receive an email and must confirm your reservations within 20 minutes. I click on the link in the email I receive and confirm, web site shows reservation confirmed, and gives me a reservation #, but doesn't confirm the date or time, and the sentence at the bottom of the screen says I must bring the voucher and pay the amount on the voucher in cash at the reservation window. But I have no voucher. It's been over an hour and no voucher via email.
Some I'm wondering if I really made a reservation or not? Or if the email is lost in space? Suggestions?
Did you check your spam folder? If not try there first. If you have and you still don't have it them try emailing them at: [email protected] or from the help and FAQ section: Q. I lost my Voucher, it is possible to have a copy of it?
A. Yes, Click in the left menu on "Voucher resending" and fill in the mandatory fields (email, reservation code and date of birth of the person concerning the reservation). In case of missing reception of the email containing the copy of the Voucher, contact the help desk at the email address written at the end of the page. Donna
Thanks for the advice. I tried Voucher Resending multiple times and when submitted shows an error message that says "Check data not matching ". But clearly data is correct, based on my screen shot. Also sent an email to the Vatican email address provided.
