I tried to buy the tickets (with guided tour) on line at http://mv.vatican.va, but the transaction always got denied. Did anyone have the same experience before? is there any other web site that I can try to make the reservation?? thanks!

Try http://biglietteriamusei.vatican.va/musei/tickets/do?weblang=en&do It's the official site. You shouldn't have any problems. You might also want to contact your credit card company. They may be the ones putting a hold on your card. Clear it with them first, also let them know the dates you'll be traveling. There should be no need to go through a third party vendor. Donna
