Has anyone taken the Necropolis of St. Peter's tour or the Vatican Gardens? How would you plan to see those with the Museum and St. Peter's and the dome? Is it suicide to try to do it all in one day? I will arrive in Rome June 6 (until June 10) and plan to see the Vatican Friday the 8th, I think. Any suggestions?

You need to contact the Excavation Office at [email protected] You need to tell them how many in your party, the names and the language and the date you choose...you may or may not be able to get a ticket to get in on that day...but if you can, it will have a precise time so you'll need to schedule around it...there are only about 200 visitors allowed per day...and there are days when they allow no visitors. Good luck...They've confirmed our request...but we still have not received confirmation or tickets...our request has been pending for about 2 months now....
