Vatican Museum and Sistine Sept 22-26

I went directly to Web site the Rick Steve suggested to buy tickets: https://biglietteriamusei.vatican.va/musei/tickets/do
Looked up dates for 2 people: Sept 22- 26. Shows nothing is available. Wow
So where else can I purchase right now for Sept?
My one friend said she bought on line when she was there.

Help, because I don't want to wait in lines.

You are too early. Tickets for the Vatican Museums become available 60 days or so in advance so check around July 22nd, 23rd, 24th, etc.

Really wow! That's good news. Just curious, where does it say about 60 days or less on their sight?
So does 60 days or less from date include their Happy Hour (which I'm actually interested in the food, not the drinks) that includes the entrance to Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel? Because when I checked out it looked sold out as well.

They don't "say" it on the website but it's fairly evident if you look at availability on the booking calendars. Bookings don't extend beyond Sept. or beyond a Sept. date that's roughly two months from today's date. It's also common knowledge among frequent responders regarding questions about Rome/Vatican. Additionally....

Looked up dates for 2 people: Sept 22- 26.

The "Buffet Aperitif Happy Hour" option is only available during seasonal Friday night late openings so wouldn't be available during the Sat. Sept 22 - Wed. Sept 26th dates you will be in Rome. It appears. under the "Night Openings 2018" page which states, " Every Friday from April 20th to October 26th..."
