Vatican Gardens Tour: How do we get into included museums?

We are going on the Vatican Gardens Tour which includes admission to the Vatican Museums. Can we enter to the museums at anytime and not wait in the long line? I notice if you buy the museums pass for a certain time you don't have to wait in line.

The tour ends in the museums. You don't need to go outside and wait in the line. Once you exit the museums you cannot re-enter them. Donna
