I have been trying to fax the Vatican Museum to reserve a tour, but the dialing number is always busy. Do I have the wrong number (06 6988 5100)or is there another way of going about making the reservation so we don't have to stand in line?

Kelly - I had the same problem. I was never able to communicate directly with the Vatican. I just gave up and then booked a tour for the Vatican and four other sites at www.tickitaly.com. There is a booking fee, but I was willing to pay it to make reseverations for my five must see sites. Plus, those entrance fees are all paid for now and I won't have to carry that cash with me.
