I want to buy tickets for the Vatican Museum on line. To do this you have to pick an entry time which is every thirty minutes.
My question is. If I miss the time and come at say 1:30 instead of my official time of 1:00 what happens? Can I go in or will I be turned away?

Your ticket is valid for the entire day, however, you lose the right to skip the line if you show up late. The guards can make you wait in the line if you're more than 10-15 minutes past your reserved time. Usually in the afternoon there isn't much of a line in the off season but during high season there can be a significant line all day.
