Hi all, I’m traveling to Italy in mid July 2022 and visiting the Vatican. Do I need to show Covid vaccine CDC card or negative Covid test? Struggling to find information on specifically the Vatican.
What do I need to show to enter? Do I need to bring my passport to enter or a form of ID?

None of the above. There are no border controls between the city of Rome and the Vatican City. You just need to show your passport when you enter the Schengen Zone when you fly from the US. Italy no longer requires proof of vaccination to enter the country. From Rome to the Vatican is like going from Maryland to the District of Columbia.
