Vatican City-tour of museums, Sistine Chapel & St. Peter's Basilica

Booking for May 8 finds limited available tour times. I cannot book the individual tour for the museum & St. Peter's. I can for the museum & Sistine chapel. Could we book St. Peter's separately since the Vatican has free tours @ 09:45 & 15:00?
