There are Reduced price tickets for children 18 and under.
Is this for European children only or children of any country?

Any country. The Vatican does not discriminate :) We are from Australia and have done this for the Vatican museums. Children under 6 are free. Purchase from the official Vatican online ticket office to avoid the queues.

Actually, the reductions are also for students under 26 years of age as well as those between 6-18. You must be able to show a school I.D. to get the reduction. Children under 6 get in for free.
