My wife and I are doing the Best of Venice, Florence & Rome in 10 Days in October. We are tacking on a few days after the tour and want to use one of those days to go to the Vatican. Does anyone have a recommended early morning guided tour to take? We'd like to avoid crowds as much as possible.

We did the Pristine Sistine by Walks of Italy and it was very good
