Bought some jewelry in Italy in June. I completed all the paperwork as directed by the customs officials in Naples airport. It’s been over a month and I did not receive my tax refund. Just so you know I opted to receive the refund back on my credit card since converting to cash would incur a very high currency transaction fee.
Does anyone know what’s the protocol or any Experience in this situation? I’m not even sure there is any department I can contact??
