Vasari Corridor

Hi everyone,

I will be in Florence in mid February and I’m interested in touring the Vasari Corridor, is it necessary to pre-book in February or can I take a chance and book that day. I am taking students to Italy and I hope to be able to leave kids with other chaperones at an opportune time. Any advice?

I was just there a few weeks ago and I wasn't aware the Corridor was open to visitors. I thought it was still under renovation.

Doing a Google search I found a few tour companies offering tours. The Uffizi web site says it is open by appointment or to groups. I guess the tours qualify a "groups". Both of the tours I looked at had specific times (they were different) they left at every day.

Yes, that's what I saw too. I think the renovation work is behind schedule. If it is open, that's a good enough reason for me to plan a return trip!
