Nope, not yet.
The Vasari Corridor will open to visitors starting on December 21, 2024.

Closed in 2016 to allow it to be brought up to safety standards, it has been fully restored (the last work dates back to the 1990s) and on 21 December it will be accessible again with a special ticket: enter through the Uffizi, walk over Ponte Vecchio and exit through the Boboli Gardens.
I’m still unclear how to get a ticket? Is it just a regular Uffizi ticket, or a special tour?
