We are in Varenna next month and hoped to attend a cooking class by Chef Mareno, per RS written recommendation in tour book. Now learned this gentleman has passed recently. RIP. Wonder if anyone has a recommendation for a good cooking class in Varenna or surrounds? Someone vaguely recommended to me, chefstablevarenna.com, but dont know anything about it. Love to hear from someone who had a fun experience with a cooking class in or around Varenna. Thanks!
