Varenna condo rental? Anyone rent from Marilena of Varennaflats?

I've booked an apartment rental from www.varennaflats-marilena.com for an apartment in Fiumelatte (near Varenna}.
Has anyone rented from Marilena?
If so, which place and how was the experience?
