At one time it was not possible to buy multi day passes at the airport with a credit card -- they only accepted cash. Does anyone have any up to date knowledge as to whether this is still the case. Thanks, TC

According to the Venice Connected website, you can buy multi-day passes in advance (at a small discount) and pick the passes up at the airport. veniceconnected.com - the website has one quirk: click on "buy now" and choose your arrival date. Then you will be able to choose products and get more information. The Hellovenezia Ticket Office website (where you pick up the pre-purchased tickets) shows that they accept credit cards for purchases there too.
