Does anyone know if I will be able to buy bus tickets for the VAI bus to Barga at the Lucca train station or close buy? Can you pay the bus driver? Thanks.

Vendors are listed at http://www.lucca.cttnord.it/Biglietterie_E_Rivendite/P/91. You can buy on board from the driver for a bit more. Bring coins.
