Vaccination certificate travelling to Milan

Hi - I am due to travel to Milan shortly with Easyjet from the UK . Does anyone know if a printed version of the UK vaccination certificate is accepted ? and is this scanned by airline staff before boarding and on entry to Italy?

The airlines are pretty good with providing advance directions on their websites. Here is for Easyjet. https://www.easyjet.com/us/covid-19-travel-hub/country-specific-restrictions-and-entry-requirements. You just put in whether you are fully vaccinated and where are you origin and destination.

But I would also double check directly with your destination country. Here is Italy link obtained through the US State Dept website.
