I am looking for specific info on various regions of Italy - how do I use the search function within the Rick Steves Italy Forum? For example - is there a place I can type in what I am looking for - example “Catania” and read just the posts pertaining to Catania? Currently, I scroll through the list looking for specific info but maybe there is an easier process?

At top of page, click on the vertical lines and the menu will drop down with a search box. If you are on a phone, it may appear different. I’m on a tablet. You can also do a google search and just put “Rick steves forum:” before your search term.

The Google search format is using "site:" before the full URL of the subforum, then the keyword you're looking for. You can use the tools in Google to refine by time frame if you'd like more recent posts.

When you use the search function be sure to filter results by Type- Travel Forum and Date- 6 m, 1 year, etc
