Did you leave a message on a voice mail recorder and they call you back or did you call at a time they were open and speak to a live person?

I called during their business hours. I wouldn't expect that they would make an international call to return my message. When you call, ask it speak to someone who speaks English.

They used to have a call back service but stopped that a while ago. You must call them during Italian business hours. Donna
