I have an iPhone 6 and Verizon is my carrier. I will be installing SIMS card in Italy. Will I be able to access Rick Steve's App using my iPhone 6 in Italy? Will I be able to use it when I do not have internet access but have phone access? So, if I'm standing on a street corner in Rome trying to use the app, can I access it if I'm not at a wifi spot? Does anyone have information about this? Thanks

Which app ? Downloaded walks need no wifi or data.

Once they are downloaded, I often listen to them on the flight over. No internet needed.

By the way - Sicily is part of Italy.
The app works very well on an iPhone 6.
Download before you go works well, but if you have missed one using the wifi in your hotel should work well.
