We are traveling to Italy in November and have come across some online services that offer lower business and first class tickets through the use frequent flier miles they have purchased and are re-selling. My question is are these companies legitimate and is there THAT BIG a savings?

Problem is, how can they be flying on another business trip AND flying on their frequent flyer miles at the same time? When they see this, and you can bet the airlines check, then problems arise for the frequent flyer traveler...
